For several years, I ran a lightshow entertainment team in Philadelphia named Eye Gate II! This music video was a collaboration of EyeGate II and local Philadelphia band Laser Background for their music video Slip n Slide.

Eye Gate II is a light show in the vein of 60’s style lights, mostly for live music/dance events. All of our equipment is analogue, including a dry portion of 16 mm films, 35 mm slide projectors, and optical art projectors, as well as a wet portion of died oils projected onto the walls and performers with overhead projectors. All of these elements combine to create an improvised moving collage.
