Project: Flossing Tool for Individuals with Dementia

According to the Alzheimers Association, individuals with dementia require routine dental maintenace in order to prevent the need for extensive oral procedures. As the disease progresses, oral care may become an afterthought for caregivers as the individual may forget how to brush or floss.
This tool was developed with the caregiver in mind, in order to accommodate easier and more pleasant ways to floss another person’s teeth.
